Q: What is the difference between Regular & Premium Grazing?

A: Regular grazing includes our regular cold cuts such as salami milano, lyoner hunter, pepper bites, sausages, and more (depending on the type of box/platter).


Premium grazing includes our premium cold cuts such as prociutto, black forest, coppa, pastrami, sausages, and more (depending on the type of box/platter).


Q: What is your lead time for the grazing boxes?

A: Lead time is 3 days from the order date for total orders of 4 boxes and below.


For bulk orders (5 boxes and up), and customized orders, the lead time is at least 7 days depending on your requirements. Also, we require a 50% down payment upon order confirmation.

Q: Do your Grazing Boxes comes with a bottle of wine or champagne?

A: It does not come with any bottle of liquor. But you may request/order to us your preferred brand.

Q: Up to how many days can I store the grazing products?

A: It is advisable that you consume it right away or within the next 12 hours ad the quality of the food may taste different if it will take too long. Best to keep it refrigerated if it will not consume it in the next 4 hours to avoid spoilage. You just need to remove the crackers and biscuits.


You can also consume the cheese and cold cuts within one week. Make sure to change the wrapper with new parchment paper or foil each time you put it back in the fridge to prolong the shelf life.

Cheese can be stored in room temperature for 24 hours. Though it will be too soft so we would suggest to put in the fridge before consumption. On the other hand, cold cuts can be easily spoiled if not store in the refrigerator within 6 hours.

Q: Can I customize the grazing box/platter?

A: Yes, you can. But the prize may changed depending on the ingredients that you want to included on your grazing.

Q: What are your delivery options?

A: You can pick up your order.


Toktok delivery services or your preferred delivery: You are free to choose which delivery service you prefer. The delivery fee will be shouldered by the buyer. We prefer that the riders use an insulated box/bag to keep the quality of the items in good condition. We can do booking but we strongly suggest that the customers do it so that they can properly pin their location and check the delivery fee.


Ala eh Graze delivery: It will be by scheduled.

Q: Can I do a pre-order?

A: Yes you can. Just send us message on our Facebook page with complete details.

Q: Can I changed my order/s once confirmed?

A: Yes. Please let us know 3 days before the delivery date if it is 4 boxes and below. If it is more than 4 boxes, let us know a week before the delivery date.
